Savoury Shrimp Cakes

Looking to impress your guests with a simple but tasty savoury bite? Try making these spicy shrimp cakes. With only 6 ingredients, this is a simple, but impressive appetizer you can whip up rather quickly!

1 pound of shrimp, finely diced

½ cup of zucchini, shredded

Red Peppers, finely diced

¾ cups of flour

1 cup of panko breadcrumbs

1-2 eggs

For the sauce

4 tablespoons of mayo

1 teaspoon of sriracha

½ teaspoon of parika

Optional Toppings

Parsley, to top


  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Add more flour as needed

  3. Heat a skillet with cooking oil on medium temperature

  4. Lightly dust the cakes with flour before cooking the cakes for 3 minutes on each side
