It may be September, but summer isn’t over yet!
Maybe I’m having a hard time letting go of summer because it’s the season for sweet, juicy and tropical fruits…or maybe it’s just because I’m dreading going back to school. Nonetheless, there isn’t a better way to celebrate a good summer then having a cold smoothie. With passionfruit, mango and pineapple, this smoothie is like a fresh breeze of island vibes.
Here’s what you’ll need to make this smoothie!
Peel the orange and mango and cut into rough cubes. Peel and chop the pineapple and carrot. Split open the passionfruit by cutting in half. Scoop out the orange flesh from the inside and reserve.
Break the ice into small pieces and add to the blender. Next add your fruits, carrot, yogurt, and water. Blend all ingredients together until well incorporated.
Serve and enjoy!
