Healthy Oatmeal Cookies
Welcome to our first episode of Sacraspice It Up! On this episode, we make Oatmeal Cookies with a twist. These cookies are filling, budget-friendly, and naturally high in fibre.
Here’s the ingredients for 20 - 25 cookies:
-1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
-1 cup of flour
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-1 tsp of baking soda
-1 tsp of baking powder
-1/2 tsp of salt
-1/4 cup of honey (can use sweetener of choice)
-3 tbsp of coconut oil
-3 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce
-One handful of shredded coconut
-1/8 cup of raisins (optional)
